Our 4-step
Tax Relief Process
No more calls, no more letters — you’re breaking up with the IRS.
Once you’re our client, we take over all communication.

Tell us about your IRS letters, tax debt, or unfiled returns. We’ll listen, review your situation, and explain your options.

We pull your IRS transcripts to see what the IRS sees — penalties, interest, and any missing returns — then get you filed and eligible for relief.

We design a customized strategy that fits your numbers — an Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreement, Penalty Abatement, or another relief program.

We negotiate directly with the IRS on your behalf, keep you updated every step of the way, and help you finally get back on track.
Tax Relief Solutions
Whether you are an individual, or a business, we have an array of services which are tailored towards your specific situation.
Debt Reduction & Payment Solutions

Settle your tax debt for less than the full amount you owe. If you qualify, this program can save you thousands and give you a fresh start.

Pay your balance over time in manageable monthly payments. We negotiate terms that fit your budget and stop aggressive IRS collection actions.

Remove or reduce IRS penalties for filing or paying late. Where you qualify, we use first-time abatement, reasonable cause (such as illness or hardship), or a correction to your account to cut down your bill.
Audit Defense & Special Circumstances

If you’re facing an IRS audit, we stand between you and the IRS. We handle all communication, paperwork, and negotiations so you don’t have to.

If your spouse (or ex-spouse) caused tax problems without your knowledge and you qualify, we help you avoid being held responsible for their debt.

In some cases, tax debt can be reduced or discharged through bankruptcy. We guide you through the process to see if this last-resort option fits your situation.

Frequently Asked Questions
In some cases, yes — through an Offer in Compromise. The IRS doesn't settle because paying in full feels hard; it settles when the amount you offer is at least what it could realistically collect from you over time (your "reasonable collection potential").
We run that calculation, check whether you qualify, and handle the entire application. Be honest with yourself going in: the IRS accepts only about a third of the offers it receives, so we won't file one unless the numbers actually work.
Usually the last six years. IRS Policy Statement 5-133 says the IRS will "normally" require the past six years of returns to be considered compliant.
But it's not a guarantee — a revenue officer can ask for more depending on your case, so we confirm your specific requirement before we promise a number.
The IRS adds penalties and interest every month you’re behind, but they also have programs to reduce or remove them. Through penalty abatement: first-time relief, reasonable cause, or an account correction, we work to cut down these extra charges and keep your balance from snowballing.
If you can’t make payments, you may qualify for Currently Not Collectible status, which temporarily stops IRS collections, or for a payment plan that fits your budget. We help you explore every option so you’re not left unprotected.
